1. About Mile High Auto Glass

Mile High Auto Glass is a mobile auto glass repair and replacement service operating in Colorado. We provide windshield replacement, chip and crack repair, and auto glass services for all vehicle types across the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range. We do not operate a physical retail shop — all services are performed at customer locations.

2. Services

Scope of Services

Mile High Auto Glass provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services including, but not limited to:

• Windshield replacement and chip/crack repair
• Side door glass replacement
• Rear window replacement
• Sunroof and panoramic glass replacement
• Quarter glass and vent window replacement

Service Availability

Services are available across the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range. Service availability in specific areas may vary. We reserve the right to decline service in areas outside our service zone or in circumstances where service cannot be safely or appropriately performed.

Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed appointment times. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment issues, emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by Mile High Auto Glass are estimates based on the information you provide (vehicle year, make, model, and glass type). Final pricing may vary if additional damage is discovered upon inspection, if the glass specified is unavailable and a substitute must be ordered, or if your vehicle requires specialized glass or additional labor not reflected in the initial quote.

We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the work. You are under no obligation to proceed if pricing changes are unacceptable to you.

4. Insurance Claims

Mile High Auto Glass works directly with major Colorado auto insurance providers to process comprehensive glass claims on your behalf. By requesting that we handle your insurance claim, you authorize us to:

• Contact your insurance provider to verify coverage
• Submit a claim for the glass repair or replacement performed
• Receive payment directly from your insurer for covered services
• Provide your insurer with necessary vehicle and service information

Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance provider. Mile High Auto Glass makes no guarantee that any specific service will be covered under your policy. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance, including deductibles where applicable.

Colorado law (C.R.S. § 10-4-110.9) requires comprehensive auto insurance policies issued in Colorado to cover auto glass repair and replacement without applying a deductible. This applies to comprehensive claims only. We recommend confirming coverage with your provider directly.

5. Warranty

Mile High Auto Glass provides a lifetime warranty on all windshield replacements and auto glass installations performed by our technicians. This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship or installation
• Water leaks resulting from improper sealing
• Air leaks resulting from improper installation

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by subsequent accidents, road debris, or impact
• Damage caused by improper vehicle care or modifications after installation
• Natural wear and deterioration
• Damage caused by forces outside our control (storms, vandalism, etc.)

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (303) 241-8079. We will assess the issue and, if covered under warranty, perform the necessary repair or replacement at no additional charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service appointment, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, trim level)
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon location and time
• Follow all post-installation care instructions provided by our technician (including cure time requirements before driving)
• Notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment

Failure to follow post-installation care instructions may void applicable warranty coverage for that installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mile High Auto Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of this website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
